Frank Turner is being a busy bee. Next to touring solo with the Sleeping Souls, Möngöl Hörde and recording an album with Billy the Kid, he finally found time to develop his “Undeveloped Film“. For a session with Ont’ Sofa the Cosmopolitan Quartet made a string arrangement for the song of “Tape Deck Heart“. Check out the result below.
The session is with Frank Turner, two violins, a viola and a cello. Even though Frank’s playing differs a bit from the original, the string quartet really makes this quite a unique performance. This session is the first of a new weekly series of Ont’ Sofa, presumably all with the Cosmopolitan Quartet.
