Billy the Kid has done an acoustic video of “Walkin’ Around Hotel Blues” for Punktastic. After four release shows in the UK – including guest appearance of Frank Turner in London – she released her album “Horseshoes and Hand Grenades” on September 8th.
Her fourth album is also her Xtra Mile Recordings debut, after Frank Turner did the recordings with Billy the Kid early this year in London. Turner, as well as Sleeping Souls drummer Nigel Powell appear on the record.
Billy is currently on tour through the US and Canada with Billy Bragg, but was in Europe in June with Chuck Ragan and Northcote. We did a session with her back then, which you can watch here.
