I Am The Avalanche-frontman Vinnie Caruana has started to record his first full-length, which will be released through his new label Equal Vision. For more information, please read on.
Caruana is recording at The Barber Shop Studios in Lake Hopatcong, NJ with fellow band member Brett “The Ratt” Romness, who also produced I Am The Avalanche’s last two album.
“This album will be intensely personal. I’ve been writing it all year and stand firmly behind the statement that this is the best, most fully-formed songwriting I’ve ever created,
” Caruana explains, “it’s time to get in the studio so I can show the world what I’ve been working on.
”
Joining the singer-songwriter are Steve Choi (RX Bandits) on guitar and keys, Kellen Robson (IATA) on bass and Romnes, who will be taking care of both producing and drums.
Caruana’s new studiowork will be his first full-length, following his 2013 EP “City By The Sea” which was released through Run For Cover Records, I Surrender Records and Xtra Mile Recordings.
