New video Tim Barry

Tim Barry released his fourth album 40 Miler on April 10th. The former frontman of punk rock band Avail started his solo project in 2004, featured on the Revival Tour alongside Chuck Ragan and Ben Nichols and now has a video for “Driver Pull”.

Barry’s change from punk rock to folk and country might be the biggest of all the punkrockers-gone-solo, as you don’t really hear any punk rock influences. Still, in his lyrics his punk roots do show. Take a listen to his other albums too, and you’ll hear the same punk attitude. You can check out the video for “Driver Pull” here.

UnPlugging: Tim Vantol

Replacements Groezrock

There has been some shifting in the Groezrock line-up. I Am The Avalanche had to cancel, so Hostage Calm moved into their spot on the Etnies Stage. That meant they aren’t playing an acoustic set anymore, so two slots opened. Curious who Groezrock pulled in for the Fender Acoustic Stage?
